All freight will be sent on the next available flight with weight/space allowance remaining.

Weight restriction: 50 lbs per package . Packages over 50lbs will not be shipped.

Bikes

Unaccompanied bikes sent as cargo must have the front wheel removed and be cleaned prior to drop off. Bikes will fly on a standby/availability basis. E-bikes not permitted.

Animals

Unaccompanied animals

The animal must be in a secured crate that they are able to move in comfortably and the shipper will need to remain with the animal until boarded. The recipient is asked to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled landing in order to greet the pet upon arrival. Animals are not guaranteed boarding until 15 minutes prior to departure. Unaccompanied animals are only available on the Sechelt-Nanaimo route.

Animals in hard shelled crate $52.50 inclusive of taxes – Animal and crate cannot weigh more than 25lb combined. Crate dimensions must not exceed 25: x 16.5″ 14.5″

Animals flying with passengers

Small animals accompanying a passenger: The animals weight will go towards your 25lb luggage allowance. If the total of the animal weight & luggage is over 25lbs, the excess will be charged at $1.00/lb and all excess weight will fly on a standby/availability basis. If you would like to guarantee that both your animal and luggage fly, you must purchase a seat for your animal at a Student/Senior discount. Your animal must be in a soft carrier/bag and sit on your lap.

As of May 1, 2024: Maximum of one animal per flight. The animal must be in a hard shelled crate, and will be placed in the cargo area of the aircraft. The animal and crate cannot weight more than 25lbs combined weight. Crate dimensions must not exceed 25: x 16.5″ 14.5″. Weight will go towards luggage allowance included in your ticket. Excess luggage conditions apply.

If you are travelling with an animal, please contact our office at 604.740.8889 to book this fare as there is a limit of one limit per flight.

Large animals accompanying a passenger: You must purchase a seat for your animal at a Student/Senior discount on our Sechelt-Nanaimo route, or at a full fare on our Sechelt-Vancouver and Sechelt-Victoria routes. Please provide a towel for your animal to sit on. Animals that are over 20lbs will not be flown after April 30, 2024.
