CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

ADULT AND CHILD FARES:
Changes within 3-12 hour are subject to $20.00 change fee, based on availability.  Within 3 hours changes are not permitted.
Bookings are refundable up to 12 hours prior to departure.  Pre-paid bookings outside of this will be issued a flight credit to be used within 12 months from original date of travel.  All fares and credits are non-transferrable.  Name changes are seen as a cancellation and penalties based on the fare class will apply.

SENIOR AND STUDENT DISCOUNTED FARES:

LUGGAGE

Each passenger has up to 25lbs of luggage per paid seat included in their ticket and is guaranteed to fly with them on all scheduled routes. This includes all baggage, including personal items such as laptops and purses.  Excess of 25 lbs will be charged at $1.00/lb at check in and will fly on a stand-by basis on the next flight with available space.  We hold no liability or responsibility for luggage that cannot be accommodated.

For safety reasons individual bags may not weigh more than 50lbs each.  Due to the nature of the aircraft, please note larger sized suitcases may not be able to be accommodated.

For safety, all baggage, including purses & laptops must travel in the cargo compartment.

Group bookings

A cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the booking will apply to any cancellations for groups of 4+ cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled departure on all routes.

Travelling with a Pet?

All animals accompanying passengers cannot be booked online, and is subject to availability.  Maximum one animal per flight.

As of May 1, 2024:
Maximum of one animal per flight.  The animal must be in a hard shelled crate, and will be placed in the cargo area of the aircraft. The animal and crate cannot weigh more than 25lbs combined weight.  Crate dimensions must not exceed 25″ x 16.5″ x 14.5″.  Weight will go towards the luggage allowance included in your ticket.  Excess luggage conditions apply.

Transport Canada requires Life jackets to be worn during all flights except for children under 2 years of age. Life jackets will be provided.
