Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Pre-paid bookings outside of this will be issued a flight credit to be used within 12 months of the original date of travel.  All fares and credits are non-transferrable.  Name changes are seen as a cancellation and penalties based on the fare class will apply.  Cancellations within 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable and no credit provided.
Changes within 12-24 hours  prior to departure are subject to a $20.00 change fee.  Changes within 12 hours are not permitted and bookings are non-refundable.

This route is  a float plane service between Sechelt Inlet and Victoria Airport Water Aerodrome unless otherwise specified.  

Sechelt Inlet base is located at 5987 Sechelt Inlet Road.  Victoria Airport Water Aerodrome is located at Widgeon Drive, North Saanich*

*Sunshine Coast Air does not have an office in Victoria, and there is not an indoor/covered waiting area.  Please dress for the elements.

These flights DO NOT fly out of Victoria Harbour.

 

LUGGAGE

Each passenger has up to 25lbs of luggage per paid seat included in their ticket and is guaranteed to fly with them on all scheduled routes. This includes all baggage, including personal items such as laptops and purses.  Excess of 25 lbs will be charged at $1.00/lb at check in and will fly on a stand-by basis on the next flight with available space.

Please note Sunshine Coast Air does not have an offices in Victoria, so luggage that is unable to be accommodated is the responsibility of the passenger. We hold no liability or responsibility for luggage that cannot be accommodated.

For safety reasons individual bags may not weigh more than 50lbs each.  Due to the nature of the aircraft, please note larger sized suitcases may not be able to be accommodated.

For safety, all baggage, including purses & laptops must travel in the cargo compartment.
